Ryan Spencer graduated from Texas State University – San Marcos in December 2009 where he received his BS in Water Studies with a minor in Geology. He continued his education at Texas State University and in December of 2013 graduated with a Master of Applied Geography in Geographic Information Science.

Ryan is currently working as the Research Coordinator at the Meadows Center for Water and the Environment. In this capacity he helps develop relationships, build strategic alliances, and fosters an inclusive environment in the pursuit of the Meadows Center’s Mission.
